PostBank Uganda (PBU) is a privately held company limited by shares, established under the Public Enterprises Reform and Divestiture Statute of 1983 and the Uganda Communications Act, 1997. It was incorporated in 1998 under the Companies Act and is wholly owned by the Government of Uganda, holding 100% of its shares.
