PostBank would like to inform all our esteemed customers whose accounts have remained inactive (as per the Bank’s terms and conditions) that their accounts have been categorized as dormant.
Customers whose names appear on the dormant accounts list are encouraged to visit any PostBank branch with a valid National ID for Ugandans and a Refugee ID or passport for non-Ugandans to reactivate their accounts within one month of this notice.
The dormant accounts will be accessible for a period of 30 days from 12th October 2022.
